The villa consists of open plan Living, with a sofa and two arm chairs for relaxing after a long day in the sun. It has a flat screen TV, two ceiling fans, table that sits six people for indoor dining with French doors opening onto the patio area.

A spacious kitchen fully equipped with a four ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer to hold all your ice cold drinks and ice creams. It also features all the usual small appliances such as a kettle and toaster, with a selection of crockery, cutlery and glasses.

A breakfast bar that sits two. A separate utility room houses a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, standing next to a private open air enclosed courtyard for hanging out washing and beach towels.

The large patio area looks onto the communal gardens with sea view. Here you can sit and soak up the sun on the villas sun loungers next to a plunge pool perfect to cool off, or just sit and relax in day and night.

The outside patio table allows for alfresco dining for six, evening or breakfast dining or just to sit with a cool drink admiring the views.

Bedroom one is located on the ground floor at the back of house with french doors opening onto the beautiful patio area with views overlooking the quiet communal gardens with sea views. It is a very spacious room with two large single beds with quality mattresses and bed linens for enhanced relaxation. A built in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Bedroom Two is on the first floor to the rear of the house. It is large airer room with a kingsize bed, built in wardrobe and en-suite shower room.

This is the biggest bedroom on the first floor, to the rear of the house. It features a Queen size bed, with 3 built in wardrobes, perfect for all your clothes and storing your suitcases. DURING YOUR STAY

A Housekeeping service will be carried out once a week during your stay. This includes a towel/bed linen change in addition to a general cleaning of the villa. If you require any extra days this can be arranged at an additional cost.

All linen, towels and pool towels are provided. We suggest you bring your own beach towel, for use outside the property.
